Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Scope and Seller Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through blockfoundry.store ("Block Foundry"), operated by Micha Schoor under the trading names Block Foundry / Seraphim Forge, Kreiskystraße 1, 4030 Linz, Austria. Contact: hello@blockfoundry.store.

These terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

2. Products and Product Information

Block Foundry offers digital products for Minecraft-related projects, including 3D models, textures, plugins, configurations and other downloadable assets. Product descriptions identify the relevant contents, supported versions, technical requirements and any third-party dependencies where applicable.

Customers are responsible for checking the stated compatibility and requirements before purchasing. We do not guarantee compatibility with versions, platforms or third-party software that are not expressly listed in the product description.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Product listings are invitations to place an order. By completing the checkout process using the designated payment button, you submit an order for the selected digital products. A contract is formed when we accept the order, for example by confirming it and making the purchased digital content available.

Before placing an order, customers can review the products and the total price displayed at checkout. Order confirmations and delivery information may be sent electronically.

4. Prices and Payment

The total price, including any applicable taxes or additional charges, is displayed before the order is submitted. Payments may be processed through PayPal, Stripe or other payment methods offered at checkout. The applicable payment provider may impose its own terms and process payment information under its privacy policy.

Digital content is generally provided after successful payment, subject to payment verification and technical availability.

5. Digital Delivery

Purchased digital products are delivered electronically, for example through a download link, an order confirmation or access made available after checkout. No physical goods are shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you do not receive access to your purchase or experience a delivery problem, contact hello@blockfoundry.store with your order details so we can investigate.

6. Licenses and Permitted Use

Purchasing a digital product grants the customer a right to use that product under the license terms stated on its product page or included with the download. Unless a product license expressly permits otherwise, the purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless otherwise authorized by the applicable license or by law, customers may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly share the original downloadable files as standalone products. Use within Minecraft servers or other projects is subject to the relevant product license. Any third-party assets remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once performance has begun only if the applicable legal requirements have been met, including the consumer's prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost, and the required contractual confirmation.

If these requirements are not fulfilled, statutory withdrawal rights may continue to apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by mandatory consumer law.

8. Refunds, Defects and Statutory Rights

Requests for refunds, delivery assistance or support can be sent to hello@blockfoundry.store. Each request will be assessed in accordance with the applicable contract and mandatory law.

Consumers retain their statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming digital content, including remedies that may be available under Austrian and applicable EU consumer law. These rights are not excluded by a product being delivered as a digital download.

9. Updates, Support and Compatibility

Product descriptions may specify included updates, support periods and supported software versions. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, purchasing a product does not guarantee indefinite feature development or compatibility with future third-party software updates.

Any updates or information required to maintain the conformity of digital content will be provided as required by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

All trademarks, product names and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. Block Foundry is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Some products require separate software or plugins. Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party dependencies are not included with the purchase.

11. Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for intentional misconduct or personal injury where applicable.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, available through the Privacy Policy link on our website.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Austrian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable. Statutory rules on jurisdiction for consumer disputes remain unaffected.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at hello@blockfoundry.store so we can try to resolve it.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version applicable to an order is generally the version agreed upon when the contract was concluded. Changes do not retroactively alter existing contracts without a valid legal basis.

15. Contact

For questions about these terms, orders, licenses or digital products, contact hello@blockfoundry.store.
